Turned out to be a week of resting, at the beginning of the week I developed a cold and cough. Nicer to couple injury with sickness rather than having them a week each on separate weeks. Seems to have cleared up now, hamstring feeling better but everything still tight in general. As always, needs work. Writing this from Madrid, mid traveling, so good time for stretching today. I'll bring it back slowly, hoping to be ready to go for NI Champs.
