Without pain, just some tightness towards the end. Seems to be improving with calf stretches and trying to improve the ankle mobility.

First time trying through 3 x (1min plank, 1min each side plank). Had been doing two sets recently but not long ago i was on 45secs and 30secs. Feels good to be a bit stronger there.
