DONADEA.
Kinda annoyed that i didnt beat 50 but lost some mins on controls.

1.didnt go in enouugh. 1 min.
6.stayed in light green too much.30secs
9.went on path when should have crossed over terrain. 1 min.
11.went too far left off bearing. 2 mins
14. complete mess up. didnt know what path i was on so ran up to road and started running down, realised went wrong way had to come back.then had problem with path that wasnt on ground but was on map. 7mins.
17 went wrong route. 1 30 mins

lost about 13mins.

Had to wear runners as o-shoes are too small. was having trouble with one and then saw laurence and decided to do the rest of the course with him.

The whole session was fitness but it was easy fitness. Started with running and push ups, situps and burpies then into games like fireman lifts and the one where you are in press up position and have to knock your oponent over.
