Very bad run, really unfit and loads of mistakes, i used nearly no techniques... The map was also annoying because although it had 'minor alterations' in 2010 it was last fully re-done in 1999.. so yeah. Also It made you have to use compass bearings, which i didn't.

1- hesitant, felt the fatigue already 10s
3- 1min, there were lots of other people and I kept hearing beeps so got very distracted and didn't go far enough twice. Extremely hesitant
4- 1min, very badly executed leg, i knew i was drifting off but was tired so didn't do anything about it (??!!) then walked the 'hill'
6- ... 3 whole minutes. Mainly due to the map. It looked simple, go up through the green to the white and run down it for 100m except the green and white had merged over the years so i got stuck in some other green wondering where the white was, went back and forth a bit then all the way to the top of the hill to relocate and planned to go down to hit the white but i paced it and contoured the green and found my boulder....
(zac overtook me somewhere here- without mistakes i would have been leading by 1minute)
10- Long leg, small mistake 25s overshot a 'distinct' ride
12- Again i was navigating by vegetation because i didnt want to use my compass and the veg was wrong 25s
13- Didnt aim off, was too high but went higher before coming back to a very under-rated depression. Very hesitant 1min

Total 7min 20s!!!! no techniques, unfit, not bothering with navigation
