I was feeling fully fit for today apart from a bad stiffness in my muscles which took a bit of working off going to the start and had a storming run feeling miles better than the two weeks before and at a peak I made 4.50 min of mistakes and a bit bashed about in the latter part of the course by hidden logs and trees.

I felt good after a rest day but knew that I wasn't fully fit and in the end decided to let myself recover but go round at a jogging pace somehow I managed to do a 7 min parallel error but otherwise it was a clean run

Really good planning in this race and a very technical area.
I made mistakes on 1,2,6.7,8,9,11 and 15 mainly parallel errors because I was back with my own compass for this race and i was not at all mentally with it today making lots of mistakes due to carelessness and lack of planning, the worst run I've had in over a year and the most important too..
Also at the last few legs I pulled a muscle and was having problems with my hip hurting.
!5 mins of mistakes added to tiredness physically and mentally.

And it was all down to going to the O-ringen before because it did give me a technical advantage but also wore me out.

Middle race 35min (Very poor race I wasnt 100% focused and therefore planned some bad legs which lead to 1min + of mistakes on a fairly easy course, also I could really notice the fatigue of nearly 2 weeks of O and just couldnt get up to speed in the latter part of the course. I was 7th out of 8- 2-3 min down on the winner

Took me 2 goes to get across and couldn't make it back (uphill)
