bad race
4mins behind Cillin and Sean, 6mins behind Conor
Details:
1) 1min- bad start, thought i was higher
2) 30secs- just missed
3) catch 2mins again on person infront
5) good run here
6) 45secs- bad miss, got sucked in by other control
10) 3/4mins- absoute shocker, thought i was in light green but actually white. found open passed control and mistook it as early one..
18) 20secs- hesitant
22) 15secs- slight miss

alright race.. not very clean but running pretty well
10secs behind Sean and 11secs ahead of Cillin
Details:
1) 10secs- couldnt find the start control on map
2) 5secs- bad line but short leg
4) have already had 2 losses of time and have still caught 2mins on runner starting ahead of me!?
5) 30secs- good route, ran well, but just didnt notice small first path and took it by accident
10) few good legs in a row here have been quite fluid here
11) 20secs- and thats the end of that.. lost contact with map
13) 5secs- again slight miss
15) 5secs- began to look for shortcut through building!?
17) 20secs- huge mistake, again lost contact
24) 10secs- legged it and didnt read map!! missed my control

with physio for last time.. all is pretty good
saw Niamh O'B head in briefly but she didnt see me.. and then i saw her head out again bout a minute later.. but i had just left and she went opposite direction..

after about 9.. legs were askin all the wrong questions with Eoin easily out-running me..
3) 30secs- just missed
7) 2mins- messed up bad.. first thought was going to 11 then saw Eoin and corrected.. and then passed it tinking i was at the open
11) 20secs- slight miss
14) 30secs- couldnt get in and had to go around
total: 3.30mins
running: approx. 6mins- yes it was that bad
