Mournes University Orienteering Weekend.

Forest Sprint Relay - Tollymore.
Started out in 5th from Trine, did enough to catch James early & have a head to head, caught Pints McGuinness with a few to go, cruised by Corbett on the final hill, but not enough to stop Róisín & Nicola from running away with it.

Great fun - ideal way to end the weekend.

Running 13:40 [1] 1.82 km (7:31 / km) +30m 6:56 / km

v easy bit of distance with Cillín & James.
Quads a bit shot on any sort of hill.

Meelmore - Donard, and back via Comedagh & along the wall.

Mournes University Orienteering Weekend.
This was a thrilling way to get going with the weekend.
Pretty spectacular.

Wednesday night run - 90mins
Good to have new people to this run.
Myself, Laurence, Ben, Róisín, Niamh, and Aoife all in attendance.
Gorgeous evening for it.
Most enjoyable return.
Little flat towards the end, but this was a nice & easy return.

UCDAC
700m cut-down on the pitches, 2mins rest after the first two, and 90sec after that.
Easy aerobically, but legs a little tired.
A lot of the boys are running quicker than they used to.
Slightly tight calves despite my best efforts.
