MMmm ! I expected more, but from other hand I tried to run little...risky....to see the mistakes....perfect training for USLong Champ.
I st - day 2-3 mistakes ...6-7min didn't slept well- 5h.also few Incredible dangerous fall down and hurt may legs ;)) just blood, I'm OK.
2nd day- didn't slept well again ( 4,5 h ) and at the end of the course got little tired and start doing stupid mistakes 20sec. ...30sec...20sec... 40sec... :))), this is good, I try to see the mistakes.
before US OChamp. Long this is better then to be perfect !!!
