Trying to work out where next week's runs will come from! Not at all obvious.

Tues lunchtime is outside possibility but unlikely
Weds eve?
Thurs lunchtime cd be doable if spurn working lunch food and eat later. Or Thurs eve.
Fri and Sat both tricky
Planning to go to WCH event on Sun

Won't do a long run but will try to crowbar in a couple of 30/40 mins - most likely Weds and Thurs eves I think.

Nearly didn't make it out today for various reasons, but in the end wrapped up warm and sallied forth. Stopped halfway when I (slightly accidentally) ended up at the railway station, so took opportunity to go to loo.

Not going to Burnham Beeches tomorrow so decided to do shorter run today, longer one tomorrow. Ran down canal and back up road today, pushed pretty hard (by own pitiful standards). Expect to feel it in legs tomorrow - but nice to get legs turning over a bit faster, anyway.

Street o from Heather's in Botley. Very very slow and lumbering. Hills!!

My Garmin seems to have put itself onto some weird setting whereby rather than showing me how long I have been out, it shows me my average pace per mile as at the end of the most recently completed mile. Not the most useful on a score course. So was quite impressed with my mental arithmetic that, using this info plus the current pace and cumulative distance, I was able to judge my finish time so well! (Must try and work out how to sort it out though...)
