gym class (Shape and Tone) 50:00 [4]

Made every post a winner today and it felt very good to do so. Felt the best during and after a class for a couple of weeks. Back still a little tight and doing the woodcutter move was probably good again today to loosen me up.
Plank was manageable - but only on hands - elbows still a bit of a challenge with back. Still feels like cramming before an exam.

gym class (Fat Burner) 1:00:00 [3]

Kept moving the whole time - pushed in the hi intensity section. Feeling much better than the last couple of weeks - maybe also getting more sleep is helping. Eye tic is decreasing so that's a usual sign that my sleep pattern is improving.
Had a lot of trouble not feeling that the class was very long - time moved so slowly - can't figure out why.

gym class (Cross Trainer) 1:00:00 [3]

A rare Monday available to go to this class. A little bit surprised that it was noticeably lower in intensity than her Wednesday's class. I feel like I'm cramming for an exam with Easter coming up.

gym class (Body Pump) 56:00 [3]

Fairly good session but felt the effects of kettle bell session this morning. Back tight so holding a hover this afternoon was pretty difficult. Back to about 3/4 weights - so almost there.

Event (NOY 2 - Hamburger Trail) 53:30 [3]

New map, great DL course - spoiled really. A bit slow at the start - puff puff up the hill - nav good to #1. Then a looong leg to #2 - 3 choices and I chose that with the closest attack point whereas the other two were a little wishy washy for me. Probably lost a bit of time but happy with certainty. #3 and #4 OK, then longish leg to #5 - was on reasonably good line (discovering so later) but spied a control so as I thought it was far enough decided I'd drifted. But it was on some dubious rock and I wanted a tree root mound. So relocated and found it - and I was probably about 30 m from it originally. Rest of course fairly straight forward but what was good was that I didn't tire at all and ran stronger the longer I went, so I'd better bite the bullet next week and warm up! Probably will have regained strength by then. Gentle rain a couple of times - lovely weather for running. A good turn out - my newcomers came and loved it. We'll see them again.
