Ran from house down railroad tracks for approx. 6km. Was difficult run because was either hoping from railway tie to tie, running in deep chunky gravel or in soft snow. Was very slow going and made ankles tired. Gorgeous sunny day though and great practice for my propreception skills. Did 5min of stretching afterward ... ohhhh I'm tight!!
