Circuit Training - Paul ran session so absolutely all out mayhem

Squat jump, push-ups, sprints, split jump, running arms w/ 10lbs/side, sprints, dips

10 sec all-out/ 10 sec off. 7 times through circuit.

Felt big break-through in my squat jump. Had good power and was actually getting some hang-time!!! Whohho
