Morning run down gravel rd. Really easy. Was really tight at first but felt better by end and could open up
Stairs 1:00:00 [3]
15min run warm-up. 10x up stairs until got hailed out by large grape sized hail that friggin' hurt when you got hit. Felt pretty good all said and done.

Microcurrent with Leah. Did pads on pf and ankle bone. Did thumper on left glute. Felt REALLY good!!
