Run with Nicki & Ang up to Powder face ridge junction, back down to Prairie Link loop and over. 17ish km. Powder face leg was pretty deep snow and tiring!!! All the slipping and sliding could be felt in the back of my knees. Ouch. Felt like I had been beat up from the day before. But was a great training day.

Hike up Prairie Mtn after run. Only went to rocks at end of #3. Good steady slog. Then run down. Felt better then I was anticipating after run.

Snow shoe up to Chester Lake and around the Elephant Rocks. Extreme crazy carpet laps up and down hills and then down ski out. Crazy fun but has resulted in many bruises!!

Ran Prairie Link Loop with my sister and her little jack russel PK. Light jog with power walk up steeper parts. Felt great.

Ditched my sister and took PK up Prairie Mtn. Crazy ass icey!!! Would not have been possible with Kahtoolas .... but I had 'em and it was GREAT! Only went to treeline and back.. that's all the time I had. Ran back down

Up Powderface to top, scrambled over to second ridge (lots of post holing!!) and then back up Powderface and down. Ran whole way back with good pace. Great day w/ JP & Christina. Lots of sunshine!!

Summit laps down Whitehorn Gullies. FUN!!!! Couldn't stop for lunch .... Had to make the most of the amazing sun & snow. Finally had to quit at 4:00 cause left groin & right ankle were dibilitating... It was all I could endure

Left groin or hip flexor in front (aka follows panty line) is killing! Could hardly walk after riding. Did I strain it while riding? Didn't hurt before but does now. Can't walk

Fast trot with Nelly & Jackson up road. Then rode both. Jackson with curb - his back is hurting again. Nelly worked on giving to bit and steering

1000m timed swim. 13:55. Held 42's for first 500 with Abby chasing me, then dropped to 42, then 43 for second half when she quit. Happy with time an how I felt.
