Crazy high wind today. Paddled up to weasel head. Hot & sunny!

Bike out to ranch. Single track around Glenmore Reservoir and through Fish Creek. Went out 24th St to ranch. Felt good, strong and fast on single track... helps knowing the trails. Right knee felt a bit tweaked at end.

Quick 20min break and sandwich. Biked back home from ranch. Mostly paved road, single track around reservoir. Right knee bit sore for first hour then felt ok again. Fairly tired.... needed to eat more.

Bike to ranch - different route: glenmore-fish creek park-around to 24th ave-down to red deer meat packing plant-gravel rd to ranch. Grass trail & gravel road for half, rough pavement for other half. Lots of hills. Single track fun along Glenmore reservoir and fish creek park. Did two laps on 'Steep Hill' in fish creek. Wanted to do three but trails were really muddy and wet roots were scary!

Grinding metal for 2.5hrs. My forearms were killing and my whole body was tired from trying to absorb the shaking of the grinder. Hilarious... I'm becoming a redneck meat head! Check the pipes on this baby!
