Lower back super sore. Feel awkward walking. Think it's from running/pounding downhill with Sean. It's the only harder impact thing I've done. Was sore pretty much Monday all the way to Friday. Feeling a lot better now on Sunday. Did light stuff all week

Cattle penning practice - rode Jackson, Nelly & Ugly Betty
then on way home from riding we can across a couple people who were trying to move a herd of cattle from a field on one side of the road to the other side .... and had no idea what they were doing... so the cattle split and went every where. We happened to show up with four very awesome cow horses .... to the rescue! So 2hrs in the bush gathering cows at 10pm in the rain ... SO MUCH FUN!!
