Mostly highway paved riding and little bit of gravel. Rode from Bearspaw to Cochrane then raced back to beat a thunderstorm. Mike was nice enough to let me go ride my bike while worked the Farmer's Mkt at Bearspaw.

Race The Rockies with Miles& Sean. Great race. Was very very hot out during the middle of the day and I suffered. Didn't do well with the heat in this race. Aside from that had a total blast!! whowhow

Gathered 350 cows out of the field. Wicked fun in the sun. Cows were crazy and we ended up galloping from front to back of the heard a dozen + times. Good times

Rode bike out to ranch. While on single track along glenmore reservoir got stung by a bee on the lip. By the time I reached the ranch my whole face had blown up like a balloon. Apparently you're suppose to stop exercise after being stung by a bee in the face!!

Stopped at MacHugh Bluff [along Memorial Drive] on the way home from weights. Decent tempo run with 8 x up hills [incl 2 x stairs]. Legs felt like dead weights! Ugh. But overall felt great.

2 sets, 2 min rest between each set, no rest between each exercise:
-30sec all out bike spin
-3x speed step hop around cones
-3x 3 two-legged max jumps
-3x 4 power push-ups, touch hands to arm-pits in each
-3x 3 single-legged max jumps - right leg
-3x 3 single-legged max jumps - leg leg
-3x jump down of bench, squat and 5m sprint
