Adventure run with Nicki around Nose Hill. 3" of fresh new snow made it like running in sand. Could feel my ankles and core afterward. Never fails to amaze me when it looks so bleak outside, how nice it can actually be!

Ski toured into Skoki again, this time with a bunch of friends from Lake Louise. Lot hard touring than snow shoeing! Fun times but I think we were actually slower than with my dad!! Played on Deception Pass for a few loops. Snow was incredible & the sun was friggin' shinning down hard. Sweated my guts out!

500m swim, 3.5km run, 3.2km skate ski
GOT 3rd!!! Out of 26 women so was stoked. Was first out of the water by 3 minutes, was still first after the run, but then got passed like I was tree in the skate ski. I guess skate skiing twice in Nov wasn't enough!! hhaahaa. Canmore closed the main street and covered it with snow so the last leg was up & down main. There were tonnes of people lining both sides of the tracks and cheering us on. It was really cool.
