River-side Rundle Run. From Canmore to Banff & Back. Great run!!! Crisp. Ate small sandwich at half way, + sips of boost along trail, + few gummies. Right front hip flexor hurt quite a bit by end...never felt that before. Yikes.
2hrs from parking lot to top of Heart Mtn & bk down. 1:10 up, :50 back down. Fast scramble and ran when I could. Loved it!! But was on my own so took care when I was near ledges. Great workout before I sat down to the annual Lake Louise Thanksgiving Dinner Fest.
Just got back from Hawaii and what is my first swim? A 500m timed swim! Ack. Pushed myself really hard and indulged in the pain but it still sucked. Time 6:55, held about :42sec/50m. Oh well, at least left easy room to improve
