Leslie's to RimRock - 2km uphill, 2x up Sulphur Mtn (power walk/run up, run down), back to Leslies. First time up was about 65min and 40min down. Was very slippy at the top. Second time up met up with Chestnut and sauntered up wtih them ez pace. Then run down. All and all good day!!

Biked from Mom's to top of highest hill in Conservancy. Wow, my granny-gear grinding sux!! Have to spend some time on my bike before Untamed!!! yikes! Could feel my legs from Prairie yesterday.

Two times up Prairie (second time only to tree line). WOW SLOPPY MESS!! Worst conditions on Prairie I've seen yet. But was beautiful and good to get out. Didn't have good reserve so think flu is still hanging around in my system.
