Morning run down gravel rd. Really easy. Was really tight at first but felt better by end and could open up

15min run warm-up. 10x up stairs until got hailed out by large grape sized hail that friggin' hurt when you got hit. Felt pretty good all said and done.

Note

Microcurrent with Leah. Did pads on pf and ankle bone. Did thumper on left glute. Felt REALLY good!!

Run into Ribbon Creek Falls base & bk out. Ran 4km rd in, walked trail in and out, ran rd bk out. Wow right heel/pf really hurts to run, but is fine to walk. Got to go see a PT.

Wicked awesome gorgeous long mtn run. Start at Shark Mtn to Marvel Lake to Wonder Pass to Assinaboine Lodge to Magog Lake to Citadel Pass to Sunshine Meadows down access rd to Sunshine parking lot. Had issues with heat, boost, left hip, right knee and right heel (plantar facia). Wow lots of work left to do!!!

Hike/run up Whitefish Ski Mtn. 1hr-10 up, 45min down. Mike's a machine!!

Downhill mtn biking on Whitefish Mtn. Wicked fun! Rented full on DH bikes etc. Took chair up and ripped down. So much fun!!
