Climbing 2:30:00 [4]

First time out climbing in over a year!! CCC with Erin. So great to get on the wall but I sucked!! Climbed mostly 5.9's.

Morning swim.
Main set:
300 kick fins w/ chute (hard)
8x50's free on :45 - held 38-40 (yah)
300 kick fins ez
8x50's free w/ fins on :40 - held 32-35 (yah!!)

Stayed and did new leg weights
1) High Step Up - 45lb bar, 3x10/side
2) Single leg squat, bk leg raised in air, 5lb weight arms stretched straight out in front, lower back knee to touch mat and rise on single front leg. HARD. 3x5/side
