Legs feeling really good when I got up this morning. Definitely tired, but not sore at all. Icing the knee and a good long hot bath last night seemed to help. Tempted to go for a short run later to stretch the legs if they're still feeling good.

Note

Went for some canoeing and a bit of swimming. Felt really good to be working out the body in other ways. Swimming felt especially good on the legs. Knee feeling much better by the end of the day.
