Sage Stomp! Training course - took it nice and easy, mostly walking, to try and figure out this contour stuff. Was pretty happy with how it all went. Just need to figure out how to do this while running....

Orienteering 1:03:27 [3]

Blisters from the morning made this a little painful. Did great 1-3, then got pulled off on #4. Slowed down and was more careful after that. Love this area!

I lifted a few heavy things, then stretched for around 30 minutes which felt just wonderful.

Orienteering 49:36 [3]

Deep Cove WET. I love this park... except the hills! Tried to ignore the vegetation and really focus on the contour detail, which really helped me nail the controls in the forested areas that usually confuse the hell out of me. Just slow on the uphills.

From home to Deep Cove. Luckily Endomondo is clever enough to tell me my moving time since I completely forgot to stop my phone from tracking when I arrived at WET... le sigh. Ride home because we had dinner right by our house and I didn't want to rock up when everyone was eating!

Orienteering 2:48:34 [3]

Score-O with Pascal. We took it pretty easy, since Pascal has some issues with his ankle. Some super accurate orienteering, and only a little bit of wandering! It was nice to go at an easier pace and really check the contours and figure out the terrain. Great weekend, thanks Cascade!!
