Another slow run on the treadmill, less pain this time around.

Running 35:00 [3] 4.98 mi (7:02 / mi)

Ran on a treadmill. Shins started acting up early on, possibly because of the sudden shift to a harder. I went slower than normal on the first half to try to mitigate it.

Biking 25:00 [3] 12.15 km (2:03 / km)

Back home so biking times don't come with climb any more.

Orienteering 26:17 [3] 3.5 km (7:31 / km)

"Trek-O" course was most difficult course today and was about orange in difficulty.
No errors, other than some bad route choice for the sake of testing my ability to stay on top of things in bad situations. Also to lose some followers.

Orienteering 26:01 [3] 3.5 km (7:26 / km)

Ran the "Bike-O" afterwards, was about yellow in difficulty. No errors, obviously. Legs felt fine after both runs.

Moved out of my dorm spent an hour or so hauling refrigerators, couches, etc. up and down 6 flights of stairs.
