Course: Sprint 3.2 km 80 m
Didn't really feel the love with orienteering today. It was a good course and plenty of decsions to be made, but my legs were still in rogaine mode. I let Simon pass me on my way to the third control and then made errors while Greg was passing me in the school. I took the liberty of pushing the course setter as i ran past since he made me cross 40 contours today. That's a lot. I did have fun but really could've done a lot better.

The normal loop
6:02 PM. North Adelaide. Burned 727 calories.

An easy going run around the normal North Adelaide loop. No speed work, just a run. Which was great, my legs felt pretty good, and i had nor pain from my blister on my right foot. I was able to keep up with everyone and actually join in on the conversation for a change. I hope this is a sign of my improving fitness....
