The last run in Australia for a while. I thought it would be nice to have that run in Belair. I was struggling a lot with the hills aand feeling just tired. I have had a very long and tough week at work trying to get stuff done. It was nice to be able to use the new gate in the country club car park!

Torrens Wier Loop

Everyone else piked or were at Zumba, so John and I opted for this little gem of a run. I knew i was going to have to push a bit faster to make sure John got a good run, and we didn't quite crack the 5' pace according to my watch. It was getting tough towards the end, but i made it thorugh. It was fun. I went to pick up Fern on the way home and accidentaly stopped and got 500mL of hot chocolate. Which i then proceeded to drink almost all of it.

Cold. It was cold.
6:40 PM. Eden Hills. Burned 568 calories.

Only 4 of us for the run tonight, so we did a nice easy loop to the Coromandel Valley and back. It was heaps cold. Looking at the data i actally pushed back from Coro PDE Rail bridge home. I don't know why i did that....
