Cold, dark and a little bit of rain. No one seemed all that motivated, so a short loop. Work has been stressing me out lately.

Was feeling early and enthused so did a lap around the uni loop before anyone else showed up.

Ran at a tempo sort of pace for me around the uni loop, really was starting to get tired by the time we got to turn towards the east.

Run with Fern earlier than usual since we were having a dude around to give us quote for curtains. Still waiting for that dude, 1 hour after he said he would arrive...... So could've probably gone for the run with the crew after all.
