Westminster to Home via Sturt Gorge and Magpie Gully

Ran home after the swimming lessons via Sturt Drain, Warriparinga Wetlands, Sturt Gorge, Magpie Gully and Blackwood Forest. Stopped to chat to an old bloke at a young age of 80 on his mountain bike on the single trails in the gorge. He retired 10 years ago, bought a mountain bike and started riding. He had done 10000km on his bike! Missed the turn off for the trail to go around the cascades, so rock-hopped through them. That was a little silly. I slipped at on point and twisted my arm. Lots of fun though. I was a bit done by the time i got to the bottom of Simla Pde, and still had to get over Coromandel Pde and then climb up through the forest.
