orienteering race 1:27:30 [3] 13.0 km (6:44 / km) +620m 5:26 / km
spiked:13/14c shoes: Adidas Swoops

long-o in tollymore. pretty nice area especially the open. tough physically at the start with 500ish metres climb in the first 4 controls....rest of the course was grand after that. no really big mistakes....lost 60 - 90 secs on no. 5. i ran right over the control and passed it....finished strong enough with only one real mistake.happy enough with run...

fartlek session with clonliffe in santry park. legs were tired at the start and through but didnt find it as tough as i thought.....we did different times each effort with 1min easy between each
