Poor race today. Still tired from Trinity Ball on Friday, legs felt heavy from the start and I didn't want to force the Achilles. Wasn't up for the race beforehand and on the evidence of the race I wasn't up for it during either. Lost over 1 min on no 1. Lost time also on 3, 7, 8, 13, 17 from poor route across the steep slope rather than dropping to the track and time in the circle, 21, 24...so yeah, that was bad. Tired physically and mentally, littered with mistakes. Need to learn from that, leave it behind and be a whole lot better for JK
