spiked:20/30c shoes: Inov8 Roclite 285

Bull island leinster league race. Made one massive mistake of about 8 mins looking at splits. Had some other small mistakes. Did parts of it well but have to keep concentrating all the time. Also need to cut down on the extra distance im running. course was 9.4

IMRA hill race. bit dissapointed was only 15 secs quicker than last year. Need to get better at keeping the speed going on the downhills.
