Middle distance race . made a mess of no1 that was the worst bit . few other small things but not much else. 5.47 was the race distance. Really boggy muddy course

Sprint race at jk. Good race but made mistakes at 5,6, 11,17 happy enough though. Have to keep not trying to rush the shorter legs . Keep working where to push it. Race dist was 3.5

lets just say ill put this one down to experience.

Found it so hard to match the terrain to the map. Made a massive mess of no 1 and never really recovered. The only positive was that i finished even if my time is silly. Felt like giving up lots of times but that should never be an option. Ripped my shoes and hurt my foot also. The terrain was pretty epic not like anyting else i have been on that for sure. Distances and climb are guestimated as no garmin on this one.
