Orienteering at Nobscot. I first went orienteering there in 1975 and have been back quite a few times over the years. It always seemed to be the most fun place to orienteer, by a long shot, of anyplace in the eastern part of the state. And today it lived up to its reputation.
Green course, 4.9 km beeline. My navigating was adequate, my movement (the usual mix of run and walk) seemed excellent. Zero complaints.
A nice visit with JJ and Nancy in the parking lot, both before and after. And a totally pleasant ride out and back with Phil. We've both been double-shotted for a while, so it seemed like at some point you need to get on with life and start doing things. Without, hopefully, doing anything foolish.
