Orienteering 15:16 [3]
a complex looking map around grammar school and some tricky short legs. Once I had my eye into the map though things went smoothly. Felt the glutes throughout, but nothing too bad. Just hit the wall around 16 with lack of any real training!
Happy with a smooth race, only mistake was at the penultimate control where there was an open gate to confuse matters.
Came away with the win which was awesome :)

warm up was ok, eased the sciatic nerve up. Warm down was painful!
