The first 12 controls from M21E IOC Long on Brockagh (includes run up to start from Glendasan car park). Missed one of them, lost 30 secs, but I think if there had actually been a control there I would have seen it. When I got to 12 Tonlagee was all like *loom* so...

Run up Tonlagee from 12, and then back down along the side of Brockagh and took in a wee bit of Glendasan to the car park. Epic downhill!

Easy long run. Only meant to be an hour or so but I just kinda kept going... Felt tired but that's not surprising.
Started at Lugnagroagh, over to Hollywood to look at a few control sites, through some dark green and then back over. More felling has happened and they decided to build a motorway through the middle of it. Should be interesting.

Hill run up Djouce. Really enjoyed it: mud, mist, wind, general gammyness... Fun.

Curragh. Good run, enjoyed it. Took in some controls after. Thought I'd won but found out Donal Burke beat me when I uploaded results. First out so I was turning on all the controls which got annoying after a while... Course: 7.2km
