Note

decided to take it a bit easier this weekend with the idea that I might be more up for training during the week.

Started and then shoe laces collapsed. Went back to the start and managed to rig up a fix but the shoes are finished now.

Started again and went pretty hard. Felt pretty good really and was clean. Was starting to feel tired after 6/7k but then I caught Mike Long and Dave Weston and was able to push on past them. Prety happy with the result, beat Conor for the first time in a while and only 2 mins down on Colm M.

DBN Massey's Estate.

Watch did not start at the start and then I was foolishly messing with it on the way to number 1 and missed it by 1 min as a result. The rest was clean and fun, running hard and spiking the rest. Finished 20s down on Conor and 1:07 down on Colm. Lost a lot on the last hill. Need to do more hill work

physio. Was a bit sore/tired after Sunday but getting better. More exercise progression
