Sunny Sunday, very l pleasant. Got the singlet out and tidied up a lot of the remaining roads for the 2k circle project. Sorry run tomorrow will get the last two and just in time as well with the circle extending to 5k on tuesday! Would have been nice to be running ioc long today but what can you do. Didn't feel very fast or energetic.

Nice easy morning one in the sun. Saw a cat. Kinsei tape on the knee and it seems grand. Will do some exercises though.

Tuesday Tempos with Conor
6x 5 mins
Kind of like a late lunch due to some late meeting/training course this evening. Was a bit quieter and warmer though was was nice. Conor nearly ran in a thermal the mad boy.
Found myself struggling to breathe at a slightly lower HR than last week and was correspondingly slower. The second one was a bit quick which didn't help but got it done anyway.
Bit of extra grass jog cool down before home.

Tuesday - am easy 30 mins, early pm (due to some wild work meetings) 6x5mins
Wednesday - a cycle I think

Looks like the circle could be up to 5km next week so will try to finish of lf the 2k this week.

Lunch time recovery. Stayed up late reading so opted for a lie in over a morning run. Worked out very well as this was lovely, in the sun and not very busy either.
