Ran with the group for about 2km then broke off while I didnt want mom to deal with a screaming baby. But as I came back to Dranstugan they were still out for a walk and Liam was asleep. Then turns out they ran 15 instead of planned 20km so I probably could have joined them. Sauna and Lena's delicious goulash soup afterwards.

Ran to and from the Cafe Belvederen hill where I met up with Mike, his colleague and one more guy. We did 10 x hill sprints, Mike and I took turns pushing the stroller. Needless to say it was a big difference with and without the stroller.

I realized that I can run with this stroller, at least on paved roads. I don't have to wait until Liam is big enough to sit in a special running stroller. It went well. Really happy that I can get out for a run. Liam always sleeps when we're out with the stroller. Stopped for a minute and talked to Gösta, Löftan club mate, who also was out for a run.
And I used my new Garmin for the first time :) Got a Forerunner 220.

My friend Karin runs Sunday morning work outs in Varberg. I've been invited since before Liam was born but this was the first time I made it and I hope to be able to join regularly, it was great! I had Liam in the stroller, it worked to run with it on the trails there.
We first did a short run as a warm up. Then it was 3 rounds of 1min-exercises: lifting rocks forward and up, buttlifts, situps, run up a hill & sit with legs 90 deg against a tree. Short run. 3 rounds of 40s-exercises: pushups, tricepsdips & step up and down, using structures of the playground. After that we did two rounds of some squats, lunges & some balance exercise. Short run. Then we ended with a "star" 5min of 6 x pushups, squat-jumpups, situps, squat-out-with-one-leg-and-arms and in between every exercise we went to the middle of the circle and ran in place with arms going up and down.

Circuit training outside in Varberg. Golden Wellness had a free class, a friend invited me. We did 3 laps of 12 stations: planks, step up and down on some pallets, push ups, sprints, abs with pilates balls, fast feet in a ladder + lunges, triceps with heavy rods, lift a tire above the head and throw it to the ground, kettle bell "hip swing", jump rope, back lifts, pick up and throw a tire forward using both arms alternating sides. Then there was some cardio that we all did together at the end. Fun!

Löftan had a training day and I joined for the afternoon run while it's so close to home. This is a technical map and there was both a section of corridor-o and then line-o on the course. I felt pretty good both physically and technically.
