Mike decided to do orienteering comeback after about 3 years of not doing any.. he did good and beat me by 4 min! It was fun to look at the course and compare splits afterwards. AND Liam did his first knatteknat course :)

Warm up. Circuit training: 3 laps of 45s on 9 different stations. In between laps we first did 2 x 45s of something involving push ups then for the second "break" it was 3 x 45s of various lunges. Stretch.
I love the TRX bands! We used them at one of the circuit stations today.

Together with Linnea (who's also pregnant) and her dog Siri. When we were about halfway we met Lena who also joined us.
