Old Saybrook. Spent about half the time in a trailsystem that I don't know, felt more or less like I was in a maze (a compass would have helped) then I ran to some trails that I know well - very refreshing run in pouring rain =)

Maltby. 4 x 4/3 a.k.a. Emil Wingstedt intervals. These type of intervals used to be soo popular among orienteering Swedes, maybe they still are while Emil recently won the Swedish long distance championships. Anyway, I like them.

run at Maltby: white loop with the purple cut-off, the trail past yale golf course down to the road, turned around, back on white. You can tell that autumn began two days ago, yellow leaves on the ground and it smells like fall.. but it's still warm out = )
