Another beautiful day, went for a morning run. crossed one of the bridges over Lehigh river, ran around the streets of north side Bethlehem for a while, crossed the other bridge, ran in south side Bethlehem then started going up, up, up the hill of Lehigh campus. Used a scanned map that I got from Randy Hall and did most of the course that was on that map + some extra exploring, fun!
Messed up a bit, not taking a split when I switched from plain running to orienteering.

A run around the neighborhoods where I lived when I worked as an aupair, Bethlehem, PA.

10 x 70/20 on the Lehigh fields. Today is the big rivalry football game between Lehigh-Lafayette, so I got a feel for the tailgating environment but kept my distance..

Jogging down around the field. Perfect day for running, shorts & t-shirt, warm in the sun with a cold breeze.

Note

So I finally got a GPS watch.. couldn't find the time to do research for which kind to get, but when Boris said he ordered 15 of the Garmin Forerunner 305 for some guys in OK Linne I figured that one must be alright and ordered one for myself. Early Xmas gift!
How cool, really takes your training and racing to another level.

Only complaint so far is that the wrist fit is badly designed, especially for small wrists. It looks like they rather designed it to fit the charging cradle.

Note

The ball of my left foot, right behind the big toe, was hurting after the traverse. In pilates class this morning I discovered that it's nice and blue. Wonder what happen to it? Now it's resting on a bed of cotton pads in my sock.
