Really nice run with Boris up the road on West Rock. We were surprised when it was plowed and we actually ran into the plow truck + bulldozer working up there.
All the snow all around, sun , the views, quietness - it was great.

I'm afraid I'm coming down with whatever Mike has had the last few days =(

Oh man, another half a meter of snow. Gorgeous morning! So much for getting to work at 7am.. they didn't plow our road until 9am. Worked myself sweaty shoveling driveway & side walk (2 hrs). We only have one snow shovel and I'm too stubborn, once I get started I want to do it all.

We talked to our neighbors, if it continues like this it might be worth investing in a neighborhood snow blower.

It was worth the tricky drive on the un-plowed (read not frequently enough plowed) streets - fun class & I picked up some Bentara soup

with Boris around Maltby lakes. About 15cm new fluffy snow, plus the old snow, plus still coming down. Pretty tough at times. Nice to get out, so much more fun with company.

More snow. Class felt tough today, had to stretch out stomach muscles to be able to continue at one point.

Got the e-mail address to Rosalie, our old pilates teacher, from one of the other ladies. Will e-mail and tell her I'm trying to re-create her class on my own.. while I haven't found any class as good as hers.

My injury has been hurting more lately. Can't get comfortable sitting at work (still on a ball). Zumba felt good, loosening things up.

I'm stretching and have scheduled a new appointment with PT Karen. Want to get rid of this so I can start doing some proper training.
