PT visit

It's getting to a point where Karen cannot help me anymore, she has given me lots of tricks, exercises & stretches that makes the injury manageable. Although the symptoms are not going away :(

She's explaining how it's a "hen or the egg" situation and the only way to find out more would be to do an MRI.

Possible reasons for the nerve being pinched, causing pain:

- a bulging disc
- facet joint disorder
- the cramping muscles

Got a few new things to work on: a stretch for my left glute, back traction positions and a way to increase the mobility in my right hipflexor.
Karen wants me to take 2 ibuprofen every morning & evening for 2 weeks - see if it helps with the possible muscle inflammation causing soreness. I should also try going for a 2-3min walk every 30min at work.

Mike had to leave earlier than planned for his fantasy baseball draft so I had to go riding alone. Nice day, very clear view of Long Island.

at Westwoods trails in Guilford. Beautiful day! Wanted to check out the race course for Bimblers Bash. It'll be a tough one! Tricky! Wet & muddy, lots of uphill, roots & rocks, running at the edge of cliffs, narrow passes through boulders, climbing. Definitely risk for injury. Curious to see how it'll will work with lots of people. Messed up and hesitated by a few trail intersections, the race is advertised as a "long 10k", not sure how much longer.

Easy run with Mike at Maltby lakes.

Later Chris ran by our house and ended up staying for dinner. I think I should go running with him sometime to see the nature from of a different perspective. He had so many cool stories about animal encounters etc, I realize I never reflect that much.

Aah, no snow and ice on the trails, wet & muddy but that's ok. Looked like the trails were freshly blazed too. Spring is here(?) Nice.
Had to get rid of some emotion overload, PMS can be a bitch sometimes.
