Note

A day at the spa in Varberg. Got my feet fixed (and Mike his) and then I got a massage. The massage therapist made an observation.. I told her to focus on my tight shoulders, neck and there might be some tightness in my left side lower back. Afterwards she told me she noticed that I was more tight on the left side than on the right all the way up in the neck. When I told her I'm also having trouble with the left heel tendon she said that's most likely connected.

Used another free pass at Friskis & Svettis. This core BOSU class was pretty cool. Not too intense. You have to use your core muscles and balance for most exercises. I think BOSU stands for both sides up, allthough we kept it with the dome up all class.
