Hanging and collecting controls for the last kids o-training before summer break. It was a woods sprint relay, two runners on each team, alternating each running 5 legs with 2 controls. Then we got "maräng swiss" (ice cream, whipped cream, meringue, bananas & chocolate sauce).

Beautiful, beautiful evening. A shorter run around the lake, swimming, grilling and then Eva's cake. What a treat, both for body and soul.

Relay training with mass start, some forking and people ran different courses 2, 3, 4 or 4+3km. I jogged around, still didn't see the better route choice to 1 and I stopped early for 11.
