Fun little exercise with Sarah & Sara. We did zumba as warm up, in between the tabata sets and as cool down. It was a bit hard to remember the moves to my songs but I figured it out for these six songs.

3 sets of 8 x 20 (10)
In the first set we did scissors, running in place, "the machine" and an abs exercise, then we exchanged scissors for planks.

My friend Sarah with baby are visiting. This was a walk from my sister's house. Quite a lot of climb. I had Liam in the Ergo baby and my niece Junis in the stroller.

Today Garmin said low battery after about 20min even if it was fully loaded when I started but it didn't die until I had been out for an hour so that was longer than usual.
Is it worth changing the battery in a Garmin Forerunner 305?
