run (warm up) 7:15 [2] 1.25 km (5:49 / km) +3m 5:45 / km

I used to have trouble to find focus before a race and now it's even harder.. left a screaming baby with mom, got my shoes on and ran to the start.

Beautiful day for orienteering, sunny and warm. I did lots of zigzagging but nothing huge. Definitely more mistakes than the one that winsplits highlights on #10 though. I ran pretty fast but I was off on the direction on a few controls, I overshot the control in one place and on the longest leg I took a stupid route choice. Feels pretty good to "only" be 12min behind Tove considering.

strength (mamma boot camp) 51:41 [1] 0.94 km (55:02 / km)

Being in a city means there are lots of activities to choose from. Found out about mamma boot camp and decided to try it, on this chilly rainy evening. Had Liam with me in the stroller and luckily he slept the whole time. Mamma boot camp is a concept started by Olga Rönnberg who's also written a few books about excerciseing during pregnancy and after giving birth. The woman who thought this class is working as a midwife. Focus was on having the right posture and re-building/strengthening the muscles needed after having a baby. Felt a bit lame and slow but I still think it was good info.
We warmed up by walking with the right posture and then we did a few excercises with elastic bands around our ankles.
The workout was tabata style 8 x 20s (10s) of 7 different exercises, can only remember 6 though
-squats
-mamma burpees (no jumps)
-dead lifts with the elastic bands
-lay on all fours, activate abs, elastic band around the wrists and moving hands in and out (shoulders)
-step up
-"slow bicycle" (abs)
Then we ended with a 45s plank.
