Göteborgsvarvet
It went well. I didn't really know what to expect but it was a good day weather wise, not too warm, I started out at 4:30/km and that felt okay. Then legs got a bit tired about half way, it was very crowded (hard to pass people) and head wind in some places but at least I felt I had some extra energy to speed it up for the last kilometer. Happy with my time considering I recently had a baby. Asphalt running just isn't my thing though, I feel so much better running on trails but I think I'll keep running varvet until I get under 1:30:00.
