Friskis & Svettis cross class which is running mixed with strength exercises. 3 stations where we did 3 different exercises and then we ended with a little sprint relay, really good workout! Liam slept throughout the whole class.
Also cool to see all the activity in the park as we ran around.. there was one more f&s class "power hour", kids taekwondo practice, people bbqing, beachvolleyball and a group of immigrants playing kubb and doing poängpromenad.
